Membership renewals April 2025

If your membership expires 31st March please be aware that we will be shortly sending out your new invoice for the forthcoming year. If your renewal date is later on in the year then please ignore this message.

From today we will be sending out invoices to those members who Pay in Full and from Wednesday we will be sending out invoices to those who pay by Direct Debits. If you have not received an invoice (and your membership expires 31st March) by Monday 17th March then please contact the Office or collect a copy from Reception.

Direct Debit members do not need to do anything as from April 15th their DD will change automatically to the new price.

Paid in Full members need to pay their sub asap either via Bank Transfer (details on invoice), over the phone by contacting the Reception or at Reception when at the club.

If you wish to make changes to your invoice then please let us know and we will re-issue you with a new invoice

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Stourbridge Lawn Tennis and Squash Club <sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Stourbridge Lawn Tennis and Squash Club <sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
