Dear Member,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a GENERAL MEETING will be held at the Clubhouse on Thursday 2nd March 2023 at 8.00pm for the transaction of the following business detailed in the Agenda below.
Any member wishing to change their membership category from April should notify the club office as soon as possible.
If any members wish to resign from the club, please advise the club office as soon as possible and ensure that your fob and membership card are returned to the office by 31st March 2023.
Members who attend the General Meeting must ensure they bring their membership cards with them.
Members may vote in person or may appoint a proxy to exercise their rights. The proxy guide and form attached (Appendix D) should be used for this purpose and gives details of how to appoint a proxy.
Voting Members are members of the club who are over 18 years of age at the date of the General Meeting.

To approve the proposed budget for the year ending March 2024 (Appendix B)
To approve the proposed changes to the Articles of Association (Appendix C)
