CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Hello [[firstname]],

We have noticed a significant number of bookings being made using the “Visitor Non Member” option, while relatively few non-members are actually using the courts. As a result, this option has now been removed.

In its place, a new option called “Guest Fee – £10” has been added to the list of players you can select when making a booking. This option should be used when a guest player (a non-member) is joining your booking. Once selected, a £10 charge will be applied to your MyCourts account. This fee must be paid before you are able to make another court booking.

We understand that some members previously used the “Visitor Non Member” option as a way to reserve a court before confirming who would be playing. Unfortunately, this will no longer be possible, and you will need to enter the name of your playing partner when making the booking. However, if your plans change before the day of your game, you can easily update the player’s name through the MyCourts App.

If you have any questions or experience any issues regarding visitor fees or bookings, please feel free to email me and I will respond as soon as possible with the information you need.

Kind regards,
Luke Stone
Club Manager
