Dear Members,
The 2025 club AGM has been scheduled to take place on 22nd October 2025 at 8.00pm in the clubhouse when the Board Members for the year 2025/26 are appointed.
We are now seeking nominations for all positions due for re-election on the Board.
On the election noticeboard in the clubhouse, you will be able to see the board nomination sheet. You must be nominated and seconded, and all parties must be voting members of the club. Please complete the form on the board as required.
The closing date for Director nominations is the Tuesday 7th October 2025.
With respect to the election of Board Members, please note the following:
The role of Treasurer and Secretary are up for re-election. To see the Board positions up for election and any nominees, please refer to the AGM noticeboard in the clubhouse.
