To promote our Gym and the Gym classes that we run we are offering a trial Class only membership for 6 weeks at a cost of £42 commencing Monday 8th September
This trial membership will be available for non-members of the club to enable them to come and participate in 6 selected classes (including the two new Wake-up and Workout classes) but not access to the gym.
If you know of anyone that may be interested in purchasing a trial membership then please put them in touch with Reception. Rackets and Gym members already have access to these sessions but if you are a Social or Guardian member you are welcome to purchase a trial membership.
A Full Gym Class Timetable is available at Reception but the 6 selected classes mentioned are as follows
Monday 9.30am-10.30am
Tuesday 6.30am-7.30am
Tuesday 9.30am-10.30am
Thursday 9.30am-10.30am
Friday 6.30am-7.30am
Saturday 9.30am-10.30am
Once the trial membership expires then a Gym and/or Rackets membership will be required to continue participating in the sessions
Please note that as some of these sessions will take place on the Squash Courts that non-marking soles only can be worn
