Dear Members,
I hope you are all enjoying playing the new sport of Padel.
It is incredibly busy and with only having 2 courts very difficult at times to book a court.
The daytime free Padel mix-in sessions are also very busy so we have decided to add another free Padel mix in for all of our racket members.
This will provide players with another day they could play Padel and this may help to distribute players more evenly across the 3 available days.
We shall monitor this over time to see what the attendance numbers are.
We want to encourage people to attend the free Padel mix-in rather than having to book spaces in advance as this can cause issues when places aren't cancelled etc..
FREE PADEL MIX-IN
TUESDAY 10AM-12PM
WEDNESDAY 10AM-12PM (This new date commences from 02/09/2026)
THURSDAY 10AM-12PM
Rackets are provided and whoever is first at the club collects the 8 Padel rackets from behind the bar and takes them down to the Padel courts.
Balls need to be provided by the players.
Players can arrive at any time between 10am and 12pm and do not need to remain for the duration of the session.
