New Turnstile Information

Hello

As some of you may know, we have had a few unwelcomed guests in the club who have unfortunately stolen from our members. Because of this we have come to the decision to install turnstiles on reception. These turnstiles will mean that all members must 'check in' and 'check out' and will eliminate any tailgating.

The new Turnstile system we are using allows for entry via your mobile phone, so, as long as you have your phone in your bag and Bluetooth activated then all you will need to do is walk through and the system will know that it’s you. Now for some of our members I know this will sound very daunting and confusing so, if you come along to reception with your phone, we are more than happy to set everything up and will take no longer than 5 minutes.

Please keep an eye out over the next week for an email from Paxton with your new Smart Credentials. Once you receive this email, please follow the instructions to set up your log in.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Stourbridge Lawn Tennis and Squash Club <sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Stourbridge Lawn Tennis and Squash Club <sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
