Paid in Full memberships expiring March 2025

For memberships that expire March 2025 and are paid in full only

Thank you to all the members who have recently paid their subscriptions that are due by the end of this month.

All invoices have now been sent out to those whose membership is due to expire the end of this month. If you pay by direct debit you do not need to do anything as your new price will change automatically and come out as normal. If you pay in full then this needs to be done asap either by Bank Transfer (details are on the invoice), at Reception or over the telephone by a card payment.

If you currently pay in full and you wish to transfer to Direct Debit instead then please let us know asap and we will re-issue your invoice accordingly. You will need to fill in a mandate form giving us your bank details and these are available at Reception.

If your subscription is now due and you have yet to receive an invoice then please get in contact with us and we will send out another one for you.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Stourbridge Lawn Tennis and Squash Club <sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Stourbridge Lawn Tennis and Squash Club <sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from sltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
